The wine was delicious and cheap, and I had my first taste of confit de canard. I sat with my travel buddy (Goldie) on the steps listening to buskers watching the sun set. It's weird how when you read about someone's fantastic adventures, there's an impulse to get the most excited about the parts that you've also done. That’s awesome, I was actually at that exact same Wine festival a year ago. The wine was delicious and cheap, and I had my first taste of confit de canard.
